Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System in Beaumont, TX is seeking an Out-Patient RN with a dynamic personality to build relationships and educate patients. You will be responsible for Admissions and assist with pronouncements, discharges and assessments.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, plus strong communication skills and the ability to travel as needed. A background check, drug screen and driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas required.
• 1+ years experience as an RN preferred.
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
• Experience in Admissions required.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Travel using reliable transportation.
