Job summary

The ideal candidate is a Texas RN with 1+ year of RN experience, experience in hospice or home health, strong written and verbal communication, and reliable transportation for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas is required.
• 1+ years' RN experience is preferred.
• Hospice or Home Health experience is preferred.
• Experience in Admissions is required.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel using reliable transportation.
• Background check, drug screen, and driving record must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Handle Out-Patient RN Admissions and build relationships with patients.
• Assist with pronouncements, discharges and assessments as needed.
