Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of progressive nursing care experience required.
• Leadership and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational leadership for Ambulatory Urology and Gynecology Services.
• Oversees daily nursing operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure efficient access to specialty care.
• Collaborates with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Oversees nursing support for ambulatory procedures, education, discharge planning, and follow-up.
• Promotes evidence-based nursing practices and continuous quality improvement.
