Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is seeking a day shift, full-time Nursing Administration RN Supervisor in Henryetta, OK. The role oversees patient care coordination on the designated shift, provides operational support, and serves as a clinical resource and liaison between staff and management.

The RN Supervisor collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, coordinates bed assessments, and addresses quality and staffing needs in a safety-sensitive capacity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi-State RN license (upon hire).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS (upon hire).
• PALS (within 60 days of hire).
• A minimum of 3 years of applicable RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on the designated shift in patient care areas in collaboration with the administrator on call.
• Provide direct operational support for the hospital on a shift basis; act as a clinical resource for staff and as a liaison between staff and management.
• Serve as the communication link between manager, staff, patients, physicians and others.
• Act as a resource for staff for patient bed assessment and emergency nursing interventions planning.
• Facilitate problem resolution and collaborate with administration and physicians in assessing quality of care and staff performance.
