Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System’s Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is seeking a part-time day shift Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team in Henryetta, Oklahoma.

You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with surgeons and staff, and ensure safety and quality. Required: nursing degree, Oklahoma RN license, and BLS; ACLS and CNOR preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS preferred upon hire, if not must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care of critically ill patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.

• Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women’s services, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. He/she is also responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care of critically ill patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma.

Preferred Job Requirements:
