Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Henryetta, OK, seeks a Nursing Administration RN Supervisor for day shift, full-time. You will coordinate patient care on designated shifts, support staff, and collaborate with the administrator on call to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) with an Oklahoma RN license, CPR/BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications, and at least 3 years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi-State RN license (upon hire).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to direct patient care.
• ACLS (upon hire).
• PALS (within 60 days of hire).
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on designated shift in patient care areas with administrator on call.
• Provide direct operational support for the hospital on a shift basis and act as a clinical resource.
• Serve as liaison between staff and management to determine staffing needs and address problems.
• Act as the communication link between manager, staff, patients, physicians and others.
• Collaborate with administration and physicians in assessing quality of care.
• Interface with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning.
• Identify and address operational issues to maintain safe, effective care.
