Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and provide nursing care.
• Plan, direct, evaluate, and document the care plan including discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for treatments and notify physicians of changes.
• Reassess patients after interventions and modify care as needed.
• Provide clear bedside shift reports to the oncoming team.
