Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Cleveland is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide in-home care for medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.

Earn $30-$40 per hour with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO and retirement plans, plus opportunities to specialize in home health. Must hold an active RN license in the practicing state and meet basic certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the practicing state.
• TB test or chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services on each assignment according to orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Education

RN license

Current TB test or chest X-ray

Current BLS certification

One year nursing experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
