Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Cleveland is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care for medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.

The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during each assignment. You must hold a current RN/LVN license in the practicing state, have a TB or chest X-ray, a current BLS card, and ideally one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN/LVN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
