Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Cleveland is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; provide skilled nursing services per orders; assess signs and symptoms; collect and document data for nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
