Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in an ASC nursing setting.
• Experience managing perioperative operations and Quad A accreditation readiness.
• CA RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the operating room and interface with providers, lab, and administrative teams.
• Direct oversight of ON OR staff and perioperative operations.
• Address patient concerns and coordinate timely clinical interventions.
• Provide nursing care in pre-op, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia recovery.
• Administer medications and ensure adherence to SOPs and workflows.
• Collaborate with CNO, Medical Directors, and providers to optimize practice operations.
• Support Quad A certification efforts and prepare for surveys.

Our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location is seeking a full-time Operating Room Manager (RN).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Day-to-day clinical operations of the operating room while interfacing with multiple departments including providers, lab operations, clinical and administrative teams.


• Direct oversight of clinical operations of the surgery center, including managing/overseeing all operating room staff.


• Responsible for clinical interventions relating to patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.


• Provide general nursing care to patients in pre-op, recovery, and operating room.


• Medication administration and treatment.


• Coaches and develops operating room staff by providing support and guidance.


• Responsible for creation, implementation, training and adherence to workflow and SOPs.


• Works collaboratively with Chief Nursing Officer, Medical Directors, and Providers within the practice operations.


• Will be responsible for achieving Quad A certification and maintaining it.


• Will be responsible to create board meeting agenda’s/minutes quarterly.


• Will be responsible for Quality assurance program


• Must be a team player who is able to work effectively and communicate amongst all members of the health care team to provide continuity of care.


• Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care.


• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership ASC role.


• Managed 24/7 perioperative operations, including staffing, call coverage, emergency procedures, regulatory compliance, and readiness for Quad A accreditation surveys.


• High School Diploma, BSN preferred


• Graduate of a certified nursing program


• Current CA state Registered Nurse license without limitations


• Experience working in IVF


• Current BLS


• Current ACLS
