Job summary

ART Reproductive Center in Beverly Hills is seeking an Administrative RN to join the IVF team. The role works closely with the IVF laboratory, surgery center and clinical teams to schedule procedures, review consents, and communicate pre-surgery instructions.

The ideal candidate holds a valid, unrestricted California RN license, with preferred IVF experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted California RN licensure in good standing.
• Preferred IVF experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full-Time position M-F with some weekend coverage
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling IVF procedures (via email and phones)
• Review of consents and physician orders
• Providing and communicating pre-surgery instructions
• Communication with IVF laboratory, clinical teams and physicians
• Patient charting and updating within EMR
• Maintaining a professional and compassionate environment with physicians and patients
