Ivy Fertility in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to provide leadership across Clinical, OR, and 3rd Party Services. The role requires weekly travel to all locations and oversight of four offices from the Beverly Hills base.

The position demands California RN licensure, BSN, and at least 5 years in senior healthcare leadership with IVF experience. Strong management, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• BSN required; MSN in Nursing Administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of senior healthcare leadership with multi-site management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the infertility/IVF field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician leadership to set strategic direction for Clinical, OR, and 3rd Party Services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures governing patient care delivery.
• Maintain operations by enforcing HIPAA and safety standards.
• Create educational documentation and consents for clinics and upload to EMR system.
• Support Quality Improvement and Risk Management initiatives.
• Lead staffing planning and manage recruitment for multiple locations.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Develop KPIs and monitor monthly targets across locations.
• Travel weekly to all RPMG/FCOC locations for oversight.
