Job summary

Compass Senior Living in Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide licensed nursing care within the state's scope, conduct timely resident assessments, and support our vibrant eldercare communities.

You will coach and collaborate with a high-functioning team, uphold compassionate, patient-centered care, and ensure compliance with health regulations while maintaining excellent communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in good standing.

What You’ll Do

The Registered Nurse (RN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nursing tasks within the state's scope of practice. Completing timely and accurate resident assessments as required by state regulations and policy, the RN will maintain the standards in resident care and coach community team members on best care practices.
