Job summary

Morrow Heights - Rogue River is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our senior living community in Rogue River, OR. The RN will perform licensed nursing tasks, conduct resident assessments, and uphold care standards while coaching team members in best practices.

You will work with a compassionate, empowered team to deliver high-quality elder care, complying with state regulations, health requirements, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

What You’ll Do

The Registered Nurse (RN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nursing tasks within the state's scope of practice. Completing timely and accurate resident assessments as required by state regulations and policy, the RN will maintain the standards in resident care and coach community team members on best care practices.
