Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents. The RN will conduct assessments, ensure compliance with state regulations, and coach care teams on best practices to enhance resident well-being.

What You’ll Do

The Registered Nurse (RN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nursing tasks within the state's scope of practice. Completing timely and accurate resident assessments as required by state regulations and policy, the RN will maintain the standards in resident care and coach community team members on best care practices.

  • You will meet all health requirements as specified by state and federal regulations.
  • You will be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • You will pass a criminal background check.
