Shanadoa seeks compassionate registered nurses to deliver home health care in Oklahoma. You'll listen, assess, and support patients and families in their homes, helping them heal and stay safely at home.

What You'll Do

• Complete start-of-care, recertification, and discharge visits, including OASIS assessments
• Build individualized plans of care that help patients reach their goals
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and your LPN partner
• Teach patients and families the skills to thrive at home
• Document accurately and on time

What You'll Need

• Active Oklahoma RN license
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Home health experience preferred, but if you have strong clinical skills and a heart for patients, we'll teach you the rest
• OASIS experience is a plus
