Job summary

Shanadoa Home Health in Oklahoma is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide start-of-care, recertification, and discharge visits, including OASIS assessments, and to build individualized plans of care that help patients reach their goals. You will serve a local community with a dedicated RN and LPN team, and a company fleet vehicle to keep miles off your own car, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Home health experience preferred, but we’ll teach the rest if you have strong clinical skills.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
