Job summary

Shanadoa is seeking a compassionate RN to provide in-home care across Oklahoma. You will perform start-of-care, recertifications and discharge visits, and develop personalized plans to help patients reach goals.

You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and LPNs, educate families, and ensure timely documentation to support quality home health services.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Home health experience preferred; strong clinical skills and heart for patients welcomed.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
