Job summary

Shanadoa Home Health Inc. is seeking dedicated RNs to provide compassionate home health care to Oklahomans. You will function in patients’ homes, conducting start-of-care, recertifications, and discharge visits, including OASIS assessments, while building customized plans of care.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and an LPN, educate families, and ensure precise, timely documentation to support patient independence and home recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Home health experience preferred; if you have strong clinical skills and a heart for patients, we'll teach you the rest.
• OASIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete start-of-care, recertification, and discharge visits, including OASIS assessments.
• Build individualized plans of care that help patients reach their goals.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and your LPN partner.
