Job summary

Shanadoa Home Health in Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our Southwest Territory team. You will provide skilled nursing visits under the direction of an RN, perform wound care, medication management, vital signs, and patient education in patients' homes.

You'll work with a dedicated RN partner, serve a defined zip-code territory, and benefit from a company fleet vehicle, paid time off, and a SIMPLE IRA with company match.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma LPN license required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Home health experience preferred, but strong clinical skills and heart for patients can be trained.
