Job summary

Shanadoa Home Health Inc is a Oklahoma-based home health agency seeking dedicated RNs to support patients in their homes. You will manage patient visits from start of care to discharge, coordinate with the care team, and help families learn to thrive at home.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and building tailored plans to meet each patient’s goals, with strong support from a dedicated RN/LPN team.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required if strong clinical skills and heart for patients.
• OASIS experience a plus.

• Build individualized plans of care that help patients reach their goals.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Active Oklahoma RN license

• Home health experience preferred, but if you have strong clinical skills and a heart for patients, we'll teach you the rest
