Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Norton Shores, MI to work with pediatric or adult patients 1:1 in a homecare setting.

Part time and Full time available. The role emphasizes nursing process, patient assessment, and documentation while delivering high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state in which the RN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray required.
• Current BLS card required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Education
