Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 homecare for pediatric or adult patients. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with hourly pay of $35–$40.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing patient needs, and documenting care. Qualified candidates will hold a current RN license for the practicing state and have a current TB or chest X-ray, as well as a valid BLS card.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where practice is required.
• TB test or chest X-ray on file.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect and analyze data and document nursing diagnoses.
