Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Norton Shores, MI to provide 1:1 homecare for pediatric or adult patients. Part-time and full-time options are available.

The RN must hold an active license in the state, plus current TB or Chest X-Ray and a valid BLS card. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to deliver skilled care and ensuring documentation reflects care provided.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
