Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Norton Shores, MI to work 1:1 with pediatric or adult patients in a homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in the state where practice
• TB test or Chest X-ray current
• Current BLS card valid

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
