Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Norton Shores, MI to work with pediatric or adult patients 1:1 in a homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray is current.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
