Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 homecare nursing for pediatric or adult patients. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

You will deliver skilled care in patients' homes, following physician orders and nursing protocols, ensuring optimal outcomes and safety. Current RN license in Michigan, TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyses, and interprets data from health care members and documents nursing diagnoses.
