Job summary

Meadowlark is seeking a Health Services Manager to lead resident care services and clinical operations in a long-term care setting. You will participate in assessments, move-ins, and service plan reviews to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

The role oversees medication delivery, documentation, and coordination among care teams. Ideal candidates have an active RN license, 3+ years of clinical leadership, and strong familiarity with EMR/MAR systems and regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• 3+ years of progressive clinical leadership in assisted living or long-term care.
• Proficiency with EMRs, MARs, and MS Office; regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing survey processes.
• Experience coaching and building high-performing clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for resident care services and clinical operations.
• Participate in assessments, move-ins, and service plan reviews per policy and regulations.
• Review health records, monitor weights, respond to condition changes promptly.
• Maintain updated service plans and ensure staff implement care correctly.
• Document resident updates in daily logs for care team coordination.
• Oversee all medication delivery systems for safety and compliance.
• Verify physician orders, MAR transcription, and PRN parameters for Med Techs.
• Review daily missed medication reports and address issues.

• Document key resident updates daily in the community communication log to ensure seamless coordination between care teams.

• Oversee all medication delivery systems to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Verify physician orders, MAR transcription, and PRN parameters, ensuring clear instructions are available for Med Techs.
• Review and resolve daily missed medication reports to ensure proper administration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• 3+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
• Proficiency with EMRs, MARs, and Microsoft Office Suite, regulatory compliance, and medication management.
• Strong working knowledge of state licensing survey processes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing clinical teams.
