Sedgebrook in Holland, Michigan, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time and part-time roles to provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment. You will supervise Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants while supporting a warm, resident-centered community.

Hiring: Full-time & Part-time

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 PT / $15,000 FT

Retention Bonus: $2,500-$5,000 annually

Pay: $29.00-$38.50/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Resident ADL Support - Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
• Care Plan Management - Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
• Clinical Reporting - Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
• Nursing Care Delivery - Administer care per physician orders
• Interdisciplinary Coordination - Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: 6am-2pm

• 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
