Job summary

Sedgebrook in Holland, MI is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our senior living community. You will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise care team members, and support resident-centered care with compassion.

Full-time and part-time positions available with sign-on bonuses up to $12,500 for FT and $4,500 for PT, plus annual retention bonuses. Wages start at $24.50–$34.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Michigan LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
• Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
• Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
• Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
• Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
