Job summary

Asbury Springhill in Erie, PA is seeking a compassionate CNA to assist residents with daily living activities, transportation to appointments, and participation in activities and programs. You’ll monitor and report residents’ well‑being, support restorative care, and ensure safety.

We offer flexible 8‑ and 12‑hour shifts, full‑time and part‑time roles, daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA license in Pennsylvania required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports variances to Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; monitors residents unable to call for help.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Education
