Job summary

Asbury Springhill in Erie, PA is seeking a licensed practical nurse to document progress notes, administer medications, and support a resident-centered care plan.

Responsibilities

• Document interdisciplinary progress notes that provide a comprehensive reflection of resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift.
• Report any discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper procedures for drug and narcotic disposal.
• Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity-related needs.

• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing
• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
