Job summary

Beecher Manor is seeking an RN to lead nursing staff, assess residents, develop and monitor care plans, and administer medications under physician orders.

Eligible candidates can qualify for CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes incentives, with up to 50,000 in incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Valid, active RN license in Illinois.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with state background checks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct nursing staff, including LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Complete accurate resident documentation, assessments, and clinical charting.
• Conduct daily rounds and prioritize resident care.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Ensure compliance with applicable nursing standards, facility policies, and state and federal regulations.
