Linley Park Post Acute in Anderson, SC is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our patient-centered team at an 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will lead clinical care, supervise CNAs and LPNs, administer medications, and document care with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Active SC RN license (required)
• CPR certification required
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in long-term care or rehab

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members
• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery

Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. Flexible Shift Options: Weekend Program Work Saturday & Sunday (option to pick up weekday shifts) 12-hour shifts (paid for 16 hours!) Weekday Schedule Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive exceptional, individualized treatment. You will lead the clinical team, support CNAs and LPNs, and play a key role in maintaining a safe and compassionate environment.

• CPR certification required
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in long-term care or rehab
• Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
