• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatment goals.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations; utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.

Position Summary

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
