Job summary

Powdersville Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. You will provide high-quality nursing care and oversee resident care needs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure outcomes and quality of life.

The RN will administer medications, assess conditions, document clinically, and supervise LPNs and CNAs in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. PRN opportunities available across South Carolina network.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately.
• Assess and monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and condition changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Participate in care planning and resident assessments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.
