Job summary

Centennial Post Acute - Anchorage, AK is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care team. You will monitor progress, educate residents and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to achieve optimal outcomes.
