Centennial Post Acute in Anchorage, AK is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, monitor resident progress, and educate residents and families on health management. This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling across day, evening, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Resident and Family Education: educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
• Collaboration: work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver the best care possible.
