Big Happy seeks a Manager - Strategic Partnerships for RMN Development to scale our Retail Media Network offerings. You will report to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and drive enablement, cross-functional alignment, and measurable growth with RMN partners.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building sales playbooks, optimizing co-selling, and tracking Joint Business Plans. Remote-first with hybrid options in NYC or Chicago for those within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional RMN or related activation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Builder mindset focused on execution and independent workflow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational bridge translating RMN strategy into daily execution.
• Provide daily support to RMN monetization leads and partner contacts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Client Services to align data feedback with product roadmap.
• Build RMN sales playbooks, offsite POVs, and case studies; lead trainings.
