Cybersecurity Jobs is seeking an Assistant ISSO/RMF Cybersecurity Analyst to support a USCG information technology program in Suitland, MD. You will assist RMF and A&A activities, maintain documentation packages, and help with security control implementation required for accreditation.

Responsibilities include conducting RMF processes for assigned systems, performing security assessments, STIG/SRG reviews, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver compliant security solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years of Information Assurance and A&A experience, including assessment of information system vulnerabilities and RMF.
• Experience developing and maintaining RMF/authorization documentation packages, conducting security control assessments, and supporting continuous monitoring.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level 2 and IAM Level 2 certifications attained from approved options.

Responsibilities

• Assist RMF execution for assigned programs, organizations, systems, or enclaves.
• Maintain RMF documentation packages and support security assessments and testing.
• Conduct STIG/SRG assessments and SRR for operating systems and applications.
• Perform automated scans and report results to stakeholders.
• Support security control implementation and policy development for accreditation.
