THOR Solutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant ISSO/RMF Cybersecurity Analyst to support USCG IT programs in Yorktown, VA. This full-time, onsite role focuses on cloud data management, RMF/A&A, and governance to meet DHS and federal cybersecurity requirements.

A-ISSO duties include RMF workflow, documentation, and risk assessment across systems. The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, five years of IA/A&A experience, and DoD 8570/8140 IAT2 and IAM2 certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of Information Assurance and A&A experience, RMF process involvement.
• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT 2 and IAM 2 level certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RMF process for assigned programs, systems or enclaves.
• Gather, assess and maintain RMF documentation packages and artifacts.
• Ensure cybersecurity documentation is current and accessible.
• Interpret system designs to identify data interconnections and select controls.
• Develop tests and assessments to verify compliance with security requirements.
• Conduct STIG/SRG assessments and SRRs for OS and applications.
• Review scans and provide risk recommendations to authorizing officials.
• Assist with security control implementation and SOPs for accreditation.
