THOR Solutions in Yorktown, VA is seeking an Assistant ISSO/RMF Cybersecurity Analyst to support USCG IT services, cloud data management, and RMF/A&A efforts. You will help produce and maintain security documentation, assess systems, and guide risk reduction across program enclaves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years of Information Assurance and A&A experience, with RMF/authorization documentation.
• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level 2 and IAM Level 2 certifications or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RMF process for assigned programs, systems, or enclaves.
• Prepare RMF/authorization documentation packages and related artifacts.
• Maintain current cybersecurity documentation accessible to authorized personnel.
• Interpret system designs to identify interfaces and data flows and select controls.
• Develop and test security plans, assess controls, and support continuous monitoring.
• Lead STIG/SRG assessments and SRRs for OS and applications.
• Conduct and review system scans and report findings to stakeholders.
• Support security control implementation and policy development.
