• Lead a team of RME Technical Trainers with coaching and day-to-day leadership across your regional network
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of technical training programs for MHE and automated systems at multiple sites
• Identify workforce skill gaps with site/regional leadership and align training delivery with operational goals
• Track and report training program metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio
• Travel up to 80% of the time to support training initiatives across fulfillment centers

As a RME Technician Academy Regional Manager, you will lead a team of Field Trainers across a regional network, driving the execution of technical training programs that build technician capability and support operational excellence. You will manage team performance, develop talent, and partner with site and regional leadership to align training strategy with business needs. This role requires travel to support your team and training initiatives across multiple fulfillment centers.

Key job responsibilities

• You will manage and develop a team of RME Technical Trainers, providing performance coaching, career development support, and day-to-day leadership across your regional network
• You will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of technical training programs for MHE and automated systems across multiple sites to ensure training targets and quality standards are met
• You will partner with site and regional leadership to identify workforce skill gaps, prioritize training needs, and align training delivery with operational goals
• You will track and report on training program metrics, analyze effectiveness data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across your team's portfolio
• You may be required to travel up to 80% of the time
