Job summary

Amazon is seeking an RME Technician Academy Regional Manager to lead a team of Field Trainers across a regional network, driving technical training programs that build technician capability and support operational excellence.

You will manage performance, develop talent, and partner with site and regional leadership to align training strategy with business needs. Travel to support initiatives across multiple fulfillment centers is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• 4+ years of training, technical instruction, or maintenance leadership capacity experience.
• 4+ years of repairing MHE, automated conveyor systems or related equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of RME Technical Trainers across a regional network.
• Plan, schedule, and execute training programs for MHE and automated systems across sites.
• Identify skill gaps and align training with operational goals.
• Track training metrics and drive continuous improvement.
