Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 2+ years of direct people management, including performance management and employee development experience
• 4+ years of training, technical instruction, or maintenance leadership capacity experience
• 4+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience
• 4+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience
• 4+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of RME Technical Trainers, providing performance coaching, career development support, and day-to-day leadership across your regional network
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of technical training programs for MHE and automated systems across multiple sites to ensure training targets and quality standards are met
• Partner with site and regional leadership to identify workforce skill gaps, prioritize training needs, and align training delivery with operational goals
• Track and report on training program metrics, analyze effectiveness data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across your team's portfolio
• You may be required to travel up to 80% of the time
