Amazon is seeking an RME Technician Academy Regional Manager to lead a regional team of Field Trainers, drive technical training programs, and ensure operational excellence. You will manage performance, develop talent, and partner with site and regional leadership to align training with business needs.

The role requires travel across multiple fulfillment centers, with up to 80% travel to support training initiatives and network-wide execution.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience.
Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience.
Minimum 4 years in training, technical instruction, or maintenance leadership.
Minimum 4 years in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
Minimum 4 years repairing MHE, automated conveyors, or related mechanical/controls equipment.
Minimum 4 years demonstrating safety standards.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of RME Technical Trainers with day-to-day leadership.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of technical training for MHE and automated systems across sites.
Collaborate with site and regional leadership to identify skill gaps and align training with goals.
Track training metrics and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Travel up to 80% to support training initiatives.
