Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an RME Technician Academy Regional Manager to lead a team of Field Trainers across a regional network, driving the execution of technical training programs for MHE and automated systems, and aligning training with business needs. You will manage performance, develop talent, and partner with site leadership to close skill gaps while traveling up to 80% to support centers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 2+ years of direct people management, including performance management and employee development experience
• 4+ years of training, technical instruction, or maintenance leadership capacity experience
• 4+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience
• 4+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience
• 4+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of RME Technical Trainers, providing coaching and leadership across your regional network
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of technical training programs for MHE and automated systems across sites
• Identify workforce skill gaps, prioritize training needs, and align training with operational goals
• Track and report on training program metrics and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio
• Travel up to 80% to support training initiatives across multiple fulfillment centers
