Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of PC software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Vocational/technical training or associate degree or higher, or 1+ years of RME experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing operational items.
• Strong math skills and ability to read measurements.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Must pass Mechanical Aptitude Test.
• Commitment to completing a 9-week training program.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyance equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotics and work cells to maintain availability.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in material handling components.
• Collaborate with journey workers and upstream/downstream teams.
• Follow technical docs and safety regulations for tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement for reliability.
