Job summary

JLL is recruiting an RME Operator in Jacksonville, FL to keep high-performance packaging and distribution systems running smoothly. You’ll apply electronic, mechanical, computer, and automation skills, troubleshooting and repairing sophisticated equipment while being mentored by experienced technicians.

You’ll engage in preventative maintenance, work with robotics and motorized components, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical training or an associate degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of RME experience or related maintenance experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyance systems.
• Troubleshoot robotics and material handling components with minimal downtime.
• Read schematics and electrical/mechanical diagrams to diagnose issues.
• Maintain safety standards and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
